01How much does a website cost?

Most websites cost between £1,500 and £2,500. The price depends on how many pages you need and what they have to do, for example online booking or a product list. You get a fixed quote in writing before any paid work starts, and it won't change unless you ask for more.

02How long does it take?

Your free homepage is usually ready within a week of your email. Once you say yes, a full website typically takes two to four weeks, depending on its size and how quickly we can gather your words and photos.

03What happens after the free homepage?

You look at it on a private link, on any device, and tell us what you think. If you want to go ahead, we agree a fixed price and build the rest of the site. If you don't, that's it. There is no invoice and no follow up, and we delete the preview.

04Do you host the website?

Yes, if you'd like us to. We host on Cloudflare's global network, which keeps your site fast and secure, and we look after SSL, updates and small changes on a simple monthly plan. If you'd rather host it yourself, we'll hand everything over.

05Who owns the website?

You do. Once your website is paid for, the design, the words and the code are yours. Your domain name stays registered in your name. If you ever want to move on, we hand over everything you need.

06Will I need to get on a call?

No. We work entirely by email, so everything is in writing and you can reply when it suits you.
